Every engagement with Warisan begins the same way: listening. Before any document is prepared, before any advice is given, we ask the client to describe their situation in their own terms. This first conversation is not billed as part of the engagement; it is the foundation on which the work is built.
From there, the process depends on the service engaged. For will drafting, we move from listening session to draft, then walkthrough, then signing — at a pace set by the client. For probate, we prepare the petition and affidavits, coordinate with the relevant institutions, and update the family at each stage. For a consultation, we answer the specific question and issue a written note.
Throughout any engagement, unexpected developments are disclosed promptly. We do not hold information until the next scheduled meeting. If something emerges that the client needs to know, we contact them immediately.

Will Drafting & Witnessing
A considered engagement to draft a will that reflects the client's wishes with care for the family's future understanding. The lawyer meets the client, listens to their priorities and concerns, prepares the draft, and walks through every clause before signing. The lawyer arranges suitable witnesses and provides the client with a clear copy and a written note of where the original is held.
